Following Araminta
The Araminta Course, Araminta’s Warrior–Healer–Builder Story, is a powerful offering within our Akoben (War) series.
This course explores U.S. history from 1820 to 1913 through the lived experiences and legacy of Mama Araminta Harriet Tubman. Through this lens, you will engage with history not as distant facts, but as a living narrative of resistance, love, building, and liberation.
You will journey through the story of a woman who lived, built, loved, and fought—not only for her family, but for our collective freedom from Eurocentric bondage.
Within this course, you will explore:
The Warrior spirit of resistance and liberation
The Healer’s role in community and restoration
The Builder’s path in creating legacy and sustainability
A re-centered understanding of U.S. history through Afrikan lense
